Why the Optimised Living program?

Health isn't the absence of disease but rather when the body finds itself in perfect homeostasis - a state of complete physical, social, spiritual & mental well-being.

Just managing disease shouldn't be the only goal. As you get older you want to feel in control of your biology. Degeneration and loss of function should not be expected, nor have the stigma surrounding it that once you have a diagnosis, nothing can be done.

Factors for good health include everything from your diet, exercise, environment, genetics, education, relationships and coping strategies. And that's what Optimised Living is...it's an integrative approach to health, YOUR health.
